As Bank manager of the School Bank team, I had to motivate the rest of the team members and myself to promote a successful
bank within Gaelcholaiste Chiarrai. When I first heard of the challenge, I knew what position I wanted, so naturally when
I achieved my goal of becoming branch manager I was very excited and anxious to see what lay ahead for our new Gaelcholaiste
bank, the team and I. Following last years success we all knew we had to pull together to create a helpful, friendly and fun
bank.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank my fellow colleagues for all the work and sincere effort they put in to
the success of this bank, without them the bank wouldn't be what it is now!
