Business Goals

The objectives of our school bank is to get as many students as possible to open accounts and to get them to make regular lodgments in our school bank. Another one of our objectives is to keep our school bank running smoothly and effectively.

Products And Services

The main products of our school bank are new AIB current accounts. When a customer is opening an account, we offer them products such as 24 hour banking and an ATM card. The main service that we offer our customers is the chance to regulary lodge money as our school bank is opened twice a week, Monday and Thursday, for half an hour, 1.30 to 2.00. If they wanted to replace their ATM card or get a new ATM we were able to do that for them.





Customers

The students of our school are our customers and there's 236 students in our school. For the research we went around to all the classes to ask how many people wanted to use the services of the bank, and a high number of them said that they would use the bank regulary. To advertise our products we put up posters around the school, we went around to all the classes telling them about our products and got the principal to announce the bank at the morning assembly. We distributed our products from 1:30 to 2:00 on Mondays and Thursdays.
